   This is meant to be a structured intro to the ALG course, but some people find the videos too long. If you need to, split the videos into two sessions. Otherwise, skipping straight to the B1 playlist and coming back to this later, or even going back and forth between the two is fine as well. Note: You will experience some feeling of being lost for the first few hours, but it gets better quickly. Just focus on understanding as much of the story/main idea as you can and don't worry about what you don't understand. If you keep going, you will eventually understand everything.
